Family with children – a mixed bag

First off, the staff here were like those chemists who really know their stuff. They went out of their way to help us with our needs, like sending up chocolate milk for my kid at midnight, which was a lifesaver. Also, the room was clean and spacious, so we had some good quality time together without feeling cramped.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, it still met some of our needs.

My stay at the hotel was delightful, with a lovely pool area surrounded by palm trees creating a tropical vibe. The staff, particularly Marta, offered exceptional service. A minor hiccup with parking fees didn't overshadow the enjoyment. Altogether, a charming American experience!

we loved our stay at the courtyard! the location was perfect—right off vineland and super close to disney. the staff was extra helpful, especially in the food hall where marta served delicious pizza and wings. overall, a great choice for families!

I absolutely loved my stay! The newly renovated room was spacious and comfortable, providing a refreshing vibe. Plus, the indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks, complete with a cozy sauna area!

Conveniently located near attractions, this hotel offers clean facilities and a friendly staff, making it ideal for family stays. I appreciated the availability of breakfast and the communal areas, which were perfect for larger groups. However, the internet connection was frustratingly slow, and accessing shipments outside of regular hours proved challenging.

Great amenities, especially the children's playground and movie nights. Check-in took too long due to understaffing.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with the proximity to the theme parks being a major plus, and I appreciated having a microwave in the room to prepare my own breakfast.

The balcony was very small and dirty.

Had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and enjoying the hot tub during my stay. The only downside was that it took a while to get someone to help me at the food hall, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would totally recommend this place for a fun and comfy trip! 😊

We had some funky vibes starting from a damp room on day one, and then it got worse with noisy builders above. And let's not even talk about that hair dryer malfunction – wet hair woes for days!

Perfect match for a two-day stay in Orlando with good value for cost. The pool area was really nice and spacious, great for relaxing. Make sure to grab a coffee from the Bistro in the morning.
